We designed this grain batching, soaking, rinsing, and de-watering system for a bread company in Vista, California. The initial R&D discussions and proof of concept testing, with Murzan pumps and Kason screeners, took approximately 4 weeks. The system was finalized, ordered, and later installed in June 2023.

This system will easily adapt to further automation. The customer will later add: automatic dispensing, integrated batching software, and replacing the small totes with a single large hopper that has heating and agitation built-in.

Advanced Equipment Solutions

This metal detector was delivered same-day to a sauce company in Oceanside, California. The Sesotec Intuity uses multi-simultaneous frequency technology to detect 2mm metal on hot filled sauces. It finds contaminants that come in with the fruits and vegetables from the fields.

This customer needed a turn-key tablet line, with a moderate level of sophistication, requiring 3 operators total. We designed the line, requested bids from multiple vendors, and included a 48 month 5% buyout lease option. With a majority of the vendors being U.S.-based, the equipment was delivered and installed in less than 4 months.
